In collaboration with Colliers, our retail team secured a representative retail space for an established luxury designer brand on Graben, in Vienna’s city center. The prestigious 486 sq m space is distinguished by its prime location and outstanding visibility.

Premium Apartments, Obere Donaustraße 69, 1020 Vienna

Our retail team was able to secure a fitting retail space for an established provider of premium apartments in Vienna’s 2nd district. The appealing corner unit (approx. 350 m²) enjoys the advantage of being near the popular Vienna Danube Canal and features an open, bright floor plan.

Fielmann Pop-up Store, Viktor-Adler-Platz 13, 1100 Vienna

Our retail team successfully arranged a suitable short-term rental space for the established optician Fielmann in Vienna’s 10th district. The 85 sq m retail space benefits from its location in the busy pedestrian zone of Favoritenstrasse and its inviting storefront.
