Martin Weinbrenner has been with OTTO Immobilien since 2013 and has held the position of Managing Director since 2017. With more than 30 years of experience in Europe’s most important real estate markets, especially in the office, retail, and logistics sectors, he is a vital asset to our team. Prior to joining OTTO Immobilien, he spent 19 years at Commerz Real, where he held the position of Global Head of Real Estate Asset Management. His broad expertise in transactions, leasing, and property management gives him a comprehensive view of our commercial real estate activities, allowing him to create synergies that benefit our clients.

His property career began at the German estate agent Dr Lübke. In 2009, Mr Lukaschek switched to the investor side, where he first worked for Immofinanz and then successfully for five years in investment management at Bank Austria Real Invest.

Georg Kretschmer leads the Capital Markets team at OTTO Immobilien.He has worked in various roles in property consultancy for over 15 years. Before taking on the role of team leader in valuation at OTTO Immobilien in 2018, he worked for an international real estate consultancy in valuation and office marketing - his area of responsibility extended to the valuation of large-volume commercial properties (including office buildings, shopping centres and portfolios of listed real estate companies). Since 2021, Mr Kretschmer has been part of the Capital Markets team and is responsible for the implementation of both structured and off-market transactions. In recent years, he has successfully managed several large-volume property transactions. His clients include well-known national and international industry giants such as KGAL, AFIAA Real Estate Investment AG, BNP Paribas, CA Immo AG and ARE Austrian Real Estate.

She has been with OTTO since 2018, managing comprehensive portfolios of various asset classes for institutional owners and their asset management (including AFIAA, KGAL). As head of the specialist area of commercial property management and technical management, she brings together specialists for all areas of commercial management in her teams. With a keen eye for the big picture, she never loses sight of the small and important details.
