Industrial Park ST: POELTEN NORTH

Im close vicinity of St. Poelten, a state-of-the-art industrial and logistics park will be built by Q4 2024 by an internationally renowned project developer.

On a site area of approx. 18.2 ha, 3 warehouse sections with a total of approx. 83,000 m² of warehouse space as well as associated office and social areas will be built according to tenant requirements. The warehouse sections range from approx. 3,400 m² to approx. 28,000 m²; warehouse sections can be combined on a modular basis to fulfil larger space requirements.

The sections in warehouse A can be accessed from both sides, while the sections in warehouse B and C can be accessed from one side. This flexibility of access for different utilisation groups is therefore a special feature on the market.

Warehouses A and C are currently completed. Hall B will be completed in approx. 10 months (also according to customer requirements). Approx. 21,000 m² are still available in building A. Warehouse C is already fully let.
